A well-established, physician-led dermatology practice on Maryland's beautiful Eastern Shore is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join its growing team. This full-time opportunity offers an excellent balance of professional growth, clinical autonomy and lifestyle in one of the region's most desirable coastal communities.

You'll step into an established practice providing a mix of general and surgical dermatology, with the opportunity to incorporate cosmetic dermatology based on your interests. Supported by an experienced clinical team and efficient workflows, you'll be well positioned to build a busy, rewarding practice from day one.

Position Highlights

• Full-time opportunity working 4 days per week
• Practice a mix of general / medical and surgical dermatology
• Opportunity to provide cosmetic dermatology, if desired
• Established patient demand with an average patient volume of 35-40 patients per day
• Modern practice utilizing EMA EMR
• Collaborative team and experienced support staff focused on provider efficiency
