A well-established dermatology practice serving New York's Hudson Valley region is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a resident or experienced physician seeking a high-demand practice, strong earning potential and a lifestyle that offers more balance than many traditional metropolitan markets.

With offices located throughout the Hudson Valley region, you'll enjoy access to a large and diverse patient population while living within reach of New York City, the Catskills and some of the Northeast's most desirable outdoor destinations.

Opportunity Highlights

• Full-time position with a four-day workweek
• Established patient demand with immediate volume available
• Practice a mix of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology
• See approximately 35-40 patients per day
• Modern practice environment with strong clinical and administrative support
• Efficient workflows designed to allow physicians to focus on patient care
• Collaborative team environment with experienced providers and staff
• Welcoming both experienced dermatologists and 2027 graduating residents

Compensation & Benefits

• $500,000 guaranteed base salary
• Generous productivity bonus structure
