A well-established private dermatology practice located near Kirkland, Washington, is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its experienced team. This opportunity has become available due to continued patient demand and practice growth. 

The incoming physician will step into a busy, patient-ready schedule with the ability to shape their practice according to their interests and expertise.

Whether your passion is medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, cosmetics or a combination of all three, you'll have the autonomy to create a practice that aligns with your professional goals.

Opportunity Highlights

• Full-time position with a four-day workweek
• Flexible practice mix of general/medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology
• Established patient demand with immediate volume available
• Physician autonomy to tailor clinical focus and schedule
• Typical provider volume ranges from 35 - 45 patients per day, with flexibility based on comfort level and desired practice style
• Join a collaborative team of experienced dermatology providers practicing from a single location
• Modern office environment with EMA / EMR
• Dedicated medical assistants who provide scribing support
• Staffing support scaled to provider volume and workflow needs

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a highly competitive compensation structure designed to support both early success and long-term growth.

• First-year guaranteed base salary
• Transition to a tiered percentage of collections model
• Realistic first-year income potential of $500,000 - $600,000+
• Potential sign-on bonus & relocation assistance available
