Are you a skilled and compassionate Dermatologist seeking a fulfilling role with outstanding growth potential? A thriving private dermatology practice in beautiful southwest Missouri is expanding and looking for a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join their collegial team!

Position Type:

• Full-time
• Flexible scheduling—choose a 4- or 5-day workweek

About the Opportunity:

Join a dynamic, patient-centered practice that values autonomy, clinical excellence and work-life balance. You’ll provide primarily general / medical and surgical dermatology while enjoying the support of experienced colleagues and highly trained medical assistants.

• Serve a growing patient base in state-of-the-art clinics equipped with EMA software
• Practice alongside experienced dermatologists and APPs in a collaborative, high-performing environment
• Supported by 3–4 dedicated medical assistants per provider to handle rooming, scribing and note preparation
• Position created due to strong patient demand and continued practice expansion
• Enjoy both independence and clinical support in delivering top-tier dermatologic care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Tremendous earning potential—expect $850,000+
• Guaranteed base salary plus a percentage of collections
• Generous $50,000 sign-on bonus
