A leading dermatology practice in New York City is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join its growing allergy and immunology team. This position is based in a centrally located, walkable Manhattan neighborhood that offers easy access to transit, dining and some of the city’s most iconic green spaces.

This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced, well-organized practice and values collaboration, autonomy and consistent patient volume.

About the Role:

You’ll be joining a forward-thinking team that is expanding its scope of care beyond dermatology to include full-service allergy and immunology. With a steady flow of referrals from in-house departments, you’ll enjoy a consistent and rewarding caseload from day one.

• Provide evaluation and treatment for allergic, asthmatic and immunologic conditions
• See patients of all ages—expect a daily volume of 25–30
• Manage immunotherapy regimens (training available if needed)
• Collaborate with board-certified physicians and experienced medical assistants
• Contribute to ongoing development of a growing specialty service line

Candidate Profile:

• Licensed NP / PA with at least 2 years of allergy/immunology experience
• Comfortable working independently in a high-volume setting
• Adaptable and eager to be part of a specialty expansion initiative
• Committed to patient education and continuity of care
