Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider Position Near Albany, New York

**Must have 2+ years of NP/PA experience treating allergy / immunology patients.

Are you a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for allergy, asthma and immunology care? A growing, resource-rich medical group near Albany, New York, is actively seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join their expanding team.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-supported clinical environment with strong internal referrals, collaborative physicians and the chance to shape care delivery in a growing specialty.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time outpatient role in a modern, team-based clinical setting
• See patients for a variety of conditions, including asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergies and immune-related concerns
• Conduct in-depth clinical evaluations, including patient histories, physical exams and diagnostic assessments
• Design and manage individualized treatment plans, including the administration of immunotherapy
• Provide patient education on disease management and preventative care
• Collaborate closely with supervising Allergists and a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and healthcare compliance standards
