myDermRecruiter is actively seeking a motivated Board-Certified Dermatologist with a strong interest in cosmetic dermatology to join an in-demand private practice in Miami, Florida. This practice needs a talented Dermatologist with strong leadership skills, as you'll serve as the sole Dermatology Physician in this role.

Position Overview:

• Full-time position practicing four days per week.
• Work primarily from one location, with the potential need to cover a second location just 10-15 miles down the road.
• Practice a mix of general dermatology and, if desired, cosmetics (including Botox, fillers and lasers).
• Manage a patient volume of 30-40 patients per day.
• Receive support from a dedicated medical assistant and office staff member, with additional support added as needed.
• Utilize EMR software for a seamless workflow.
• Work alongside several highly skilled aestheticans.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
• 2025 Dermatology Residents who would be able to act as Medical Director until completion of their program are able to apply
• Strong interest and experience in cosmetic dermatology
• Excellent patient care skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
