myDermRecruiter is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our long-time client's team as a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist in Concord!

Position: Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO)

Location: Concord, North Carolina (

Position Overview: As a Dermatology Physician at this state-of-the-art clinic in Westminster, you will play a pivotal role as the primary provider, guiding the growth and future development of the practice. 

This position offers a two-year guaranteed base salary, along with a percentage of collections, full benefits, a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. (Listed compensation is estimated and may change based on days worked, experience, production and bonuses.)

You will not be alone in this journey, working alongside a dedicated team of medical assistants, administrative staff and marketing professionals who are committed to supporting your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dermatological care to patients full-time, ideally four or five days per week.
• Collaborate to develop and implement strategies for practice growth and patient satisfaction.
• Utilize your expertise to diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatological conditions.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, providing compassionate care and personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
• Ideally, candidates will have ties to the Concord or Charlotte areas and a willingness to practice full-time.
