The Role: 

As the lead Dermatologist, you can practice with clinical autonomy while playing a pivotal role in guiding the practice's development. This group's resources, including marketing, staffing and operational support, ensure the rapid growth and success of your practice.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong ties to the Kenwood or Cincinnati area are preferred but not required.
• Comfortable practicing initially in a solo position, with the willingness to transition into a leadership role as the practice expands.
• Eager to practice full-time (4-5 days per week), aligning with this practice's needs and growth potential.
