A highly regarded private practice in Tucson, Arizona, is actively seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD) to join their collaborative team. This presents an exceptional opportunity for a physician with aspirations of ownership to work closely with the existing physician-owner and establish a thriving practice before taking the reigns! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-time position with the option to practice four or five days per week.
• Work alongside a small team of well-trained skincare providers, including the current physician-owner.
• Opportunity to take over ownership and carve out a successful practice.
• Step into a full patient base, with an average of 30 patients per day.
• No supervision of advanced practice providers at the start.

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD).
• Aspirations for ownership and a collaborative approach to building a successful practice.
• Motivated to contribute to the growth and development of the dermatology services.
