Fulfillment Specialist / Warehouse Assistant – Immediate Openings!

About the Opportunity

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialists / Warehouse Assistants for an immediate, short-term contract opportunity supporting marketing and fulfillment operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a clean, modern, organized warehouse environment. You will assist with assembling marketing materials, preparing mailings, packaging items, and ensuring materials are ready for distribution.

No previous warehouse experience is required! We are looking for dependable individuals who can follow instructions, work efficiently, and maintain accuracy while completing daily tasks.

This position offers a straightforward hiring process, weekday daytime hours, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, organize, and bundle marketing materials according to project specifications.

• Stuff envelopes and prepare mailers for distribution.

• Sort, package, and prepare materials for shipment.

• Combine printed marketing collateral and promotional materials.

• Perform quality checks to ensure materials are accurate and complete.

• Assist with inventory counts, organization, and restocking supplies.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.

• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.

• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Previous warehouse, packaging, fulfillment, mailroom, or production experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Schedule & Environment

• 100% onsite position

• Monday through Friday during standard daytime business hours.

• Some flexibility in daily start and end times.

• No weekend work required.

• Clean, modernized warehouse environment.

• Light warehouse and fulfillment responsibilities.

• Short-term assignment lasting approximately 3–6 weeks.

• Minimal training required; candidates should be comfortable learning quickly.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Selected candidates must successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening requirements, including:

• A 9-panel drug screening (marijuana is not included).

• A criminal background check covering the previous seven years, with any identified felony convictions subject to review.

• Social Security verification and applicable federal sanction screenings.

• Employment eligibility verification.

Education and previous employment verification are not required.

Important: Candidates must be available to initiate their drug screening the day before their scheduled start date.
