Technical Recruiter
Location: Independence, OH 44131 (Hybrid)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Compensation: Salary + Bonus

Position Summary

Murtech Staffing & Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support the continued growth of our Infrastructure Division Program. This position is responsible for identifying, recruiting, qualifying, and hiring technical professionals for infrastructure, data center, field services, networking, deployment, and related technology engagements throughout the United States. In addition to supporting current openings, the recruiter will help build and maintain a nationwide pipeline of qualified technical talent for future program opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer, onboarding, and placement.
• Recruit qualified technical professionals for W-2/Infrastructure division opportunities nationwide.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on technical requirements, geography, compensation, schedules, and project timelines.
• Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate technical experience, communication skills, reliability, availability, and overall fit.
• Present qualified candidates to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the recruiting/onboarding process.
• Build proactive regional and national talent pipelines for anticipated client demand.
• Maintain relationships with successful technicians for future assignments and redeployment opportunities.
• Partner with Murtech Recruiting, Operations, Account Management, and external partners to support client requirements.
• Provide market feedback regarding candidate availability, compensation, competition, and recruiting challenges.
• Recruiting for, but not limited to, the following types of positions: Data Center Technicians & Infrastructure Specialist, Network Technicians & Engineers, Field Service Technicians, Desktop Support Technicians, Deployment & Migration Technicians, Smart Hands / Remote Hands Technicians, Server & Storage Technicians, Hardware Installation & Break/Fix Technicians, Structured Cabling / Low-Voltage Technicians, Infrastructure Support Specialists, Technical Project & Team Leads
• Talent Pipeline & Candidate Management
• Developing pipeline of talent before client requirements occur
• The recruiter will build relationships with qualified professionals across key geographic markets, maintain contact with previously placed technicians, and identify opportunities to redeploy successful program employees.
• Sourcing channels may include job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, social media, and Murtech's internal candidate database.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting IT and/or infrastructure professionals
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through placement
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS/database systems, referrals, and other recruiting tools
• Ability to evaluate technical resumes and conduct effective candidate interviews
• Strong candidate relationship-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple positions, markets, and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and teamwork
• Experience with high-volume, project-based, contract, or W-2 hourly staffing is also highly desirable.

Success in this position will be measured through candidate quality, speed to submission, fill rates, successful starts, employee retention, technician redeployment, proactive pipeline development, candidate engagement, and overall client satisfaction.
