Murtech Staffing & Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to support a large, complex healthcare organization. This is a highly visible role for an accomplished architect who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, influence enterprise strategy, and work effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings 57+ years of architecture experience, strong business and technical acumen, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred.
Design, develop, and optimize architecture strategies aligned with business capabilities, objectives, and technology needs.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand complex business processes, identify challenges, and develop effective solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable, practical technical architectures and solution designs.
Provide strategic consultation on business processes, technology capabilities, systems, and emerging solutions.
Design and evaluate large, complex systems and solutions while considering functionality, integration, scalability, service quality, and operational requirements.
Develop architecture models, component requirements, interface specifications, and detailed technical documentation.
Evaluate technology and design options and conduct impact analyses for major architectural decisions.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise technology strategies, architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Analyze data and trends to support architecture and solution-design decisions.
Lead the resolution of complex architecture, integration, and business challenges.
Serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert to business leaders, developers, project teams, and management.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to peers and development teams.
Stay current on emerging technologies, architecture practices, and industry trends.
Lead special projects or complex business initiatives as needed.
57+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar architecture role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience
OR
High school diploma/Associate's degree with at least 10 years of relevant subject matter experience
Demonstrated experience designing solutions for large, complex enterprise environments
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Experience evaluating solution options, integrations, dependencies, and architectural impacts
Strong technical documentation skills
Ability to analyze data and use findings to support solution design and decision-making
Broad understanding of enterprise technologies, platforms, systems, and integration concepts
57 years of healthcare industry experience
Previous architecture experience within a large healthcare, health insurance, or similarly complex regulated environment
Experience working across both business and technology organizations
Technical expertise is important, but success in this position requires an architect who can communicate, influence, and build consensus across multiple stakeholder groups.
