Talent Acquisition Manager - Tamarac, FL

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting function and help us attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent across the organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both leading a recruiting team and driving recruiting strategy. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee day-to-day recruiting operations, partner closely with department leaders to anticipate and fulfill staffing needs, develop talent pipelines, and continuously improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and knows how to balance recruiting priorities, data, processes, and relationships to deliver results.

What You'll Do

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across departments, ensuring positions are filled efficiently with qualified talent.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand current and future staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume, hard-to-fill, and critical positions.
  • Develop and support sourcing strategies and employment marketing initiatives to expand our talent reach.
  • Oversee the use of iCIMS and maintain accurate recruiting data, reporting, dashboards, and key recruiting metrics.
  • Participate in workforce planning to align recruiting activity with headcount plans and changing business needs.
  • Track recruiting and headcount-related expenses and assist with budget management.
  • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with company policies, applicable employment laws, and established best practices.
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of job descriptions and partner with leaders to develop new job descriptions as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal partners throughout the organization.
  • Create a positive, professional experience for candidates and hiring managers from initial contact through hire.
  • Promote and support an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition leader who combines strong recruiting expertise with excellent communication, organization, and people-management skills.

Required experience and education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing or leading a recruiting team.
  • Experience supporting a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting function.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers, department leaders, candidates, and HR partners.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems; iCIMS experience is preferred.
  • A strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
  • The flexibility to adapt quickly as staffing needs and business priorities change.

Why This Role Matters

Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in the growth and success of our organization. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead the team responsible for bringing great people into the company while helping shape how we recruit, plan for future talent needs, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

If you're an experienced recruiting leader who enjoys developing people, building strong partnerships, and creating recruiting strategies that produce results, we'd like to hear from you.
