Desktop Support TechnicianLocation: Overland Park, KS 66211
Pay Rate: $22/HR W2
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
Duration: 1-3 months
Job Description Provided:
- PC refresh project
- Inventory of IT equipment (Un-box device, Build Computer (load Image & additional software), & re-box device)
- Desktop/laptop support
- Research and troubleshoot problems
- Health Check, smart hands, and other duties as assigned
- Excellent customer service
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience with o IT Inventory o Deskside Support o Troubleshoot IT Equipment
- No Certifications required, but a plus.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
