Desktop Support Technician

Pay Rate: $24.00/HR W2

Hours:  Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Location: 3 MacArthur Place, Santa Ana, CA 92707

Duration: 3 weeks, June 8 - June 26    

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT support for walk-up Samsung employees (PC issues, credential assistance), light printer support, PC deployment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Deskside experience
• PC deployment experience
• Hardware Installation and testing
• Customer service
• Smart Hands
