IT Field Service Technician

Location: Newark, NJ 07114

Pay Rate: $20.00/HR W2, plus travel expenses (Converts to $24.00/HR)

Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm, On-call rotation  

Duration: Contract-to-Hire  

Description:

The Field Tech will travel around to Chick-Fil-A locations in the greater Newark area and perform routine maintenance and repairs on all IT equipment. Local travel will include 15-25 mile radius of Newark

• Hardware Break Fix work
• Must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
• Technician will travel to each location on route
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
• Works under general supervision

Qualifications:

• Must live within 15 miles of the 07114 zip code
• A+ Certification
• Experience supporting Desktops, Laptops, Printers, POS machine
• 3 years plus with customer service experience
• Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position – reimbursed accordingly)
• Personable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments
• Can lift up to 50lbs
