Job Description
IT Field Service TechnicianLocation: Denver, CO 80012
Pay Rate: $20.00/HR W2, plus travel expenses
Hours: Full time, M-F, 9am-6pm, On-call rotation
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Description: The Field Tech will travel around to Chick-Fil-A locations in the greater Denver area and perform routine maintenance and repairs on all IT equipment.
- Hardware Break Fix work
- Must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
- Technician will travel to each location on route
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
- Works under general supervision
Qualifications:
- A+ Certification
- Experience supporting Desktops, Laptops, Printers, POS machines
- 3 years plus with customer service experience
- Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position – reimbursed accordingly)
- Personable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments
- Can lift up to 50lbs
