Location: Remote, 25% travel
Duration: 1-year W2 contract
Description:
We are looking for a Program Manager experienced with ServiceNow.
The Program Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of the integration effort—planning, governance, execution, and delivery—while ensuring alignment with business needs and IT service management best practices. This role requires strong program management expertise, a background in enterprise ITSM/ITIL processes, and proven experience managing large-scale ServiceNow initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a “team of teams,” facilitating cross-functional collaboration and accelerating decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive program roadmap—from Day 1 readiness through long-term operations—ensuring alignment of milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Define and enforce design principles and guardrails that minimize complexity, safeguard user experience, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and action items to maintain program momentum and visibility across all organizational levels.
- Provide clear, concise updates on program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Act swiftly to remove blockers and resolve escalations.
- Establish scalable ways of working—cadence, artifacts, templates, and collaboration tools—to drive consistent delivery across internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage program funding efficiently, adhering to procurement protocols and financial reporting standards throughout the program lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Must be a Green card holder or US Citizen
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream IT programs in complex enterprise environments. Experience with mergers, divestitures, or cross-company integrations is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in delivering Digital Support Technology implementations.
- Deep expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and portfolio-level planning.
- Strong technical proficiency with ServiceNow platforms and capabilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills; adept at navigating competing priorities and constraints.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program leadership certification.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, and audit-ready design practices.
- Prior experience in M&A integration is a strong plus.
