Desktop Support Technician
Pay Rate: $21.00/HR W2
Hours: Full time, M-F, 8am-5pm
Location: Lincoln, NE
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Description:
- This position is for an onsite dedicated desktop support technician.
- This technician will help with repairing and imaging windows laptops and desktops, inventory and organization of equipment, an occasional walkup, phone and remote support.
- Be helpful, relatable, and pleasant while diagnosing and fixing their problems.
- Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems.
- Be helpful and understanding - provide the support you would want!
- Determine the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtime.
Skills:
- 2 years of related desktop experience/education
- Ticketing Systems knowledge is preferred (Service Now/Remedy/ConnectWise)
- A+ Certification is preferred
- Any HP or Dell Certs a plus
