Job Description
Title: Desktop Support
Locations: El Dorado, AR
• Candidate must have reliable transportation to drive between the (3) sites in El Dorado

• Candidate must have reliable transportation to drive between the (3) sites in El Dorado
• Preferrable Hours are any 8-hour shift between 7am-5pm local time (30 minute lunch)
Desktop Support functions to include:o Laptop/PC imaging & setup
o Deliver new laptops/PC’s to users setup/transfer data & connect to M365 cloud services
o Software configuration/installations
o Work Incident/Request tickets using Service Now platform
o Printer troubleshooting
o Windows 11 support with M365 application suite
o Basic wi-fi/network troubleshooting skills
o Stockroom inventory of hardware assets & managing those assets
o Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering a best-in-class user experience
o Experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment is a plus
o Fast-paced so must be able to manage time well and stay organized
