Desktop Support Technician
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15220
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Description:
- Troubleshoot desktop & system issues
- Assist customers with implementation of hardware and software
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Maintain client networks and assist in implementing new networking equipment
- Manage user devices and management profiles, along with configuration/management of user accounts and privileges
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service presence
- Ability speak about and explain complex concepts, as well as the ability to provide recommendations for the needs of the client
- Ability to travel to job sites within the Pittsburgh area
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing desktop support services
- Proven history of successfully performing mass deployments and imaging
- Experience working within a school district, a major bonus
