Desktop Support Technician
Pay Rate: $24.00/HR W2 (Increase to $29/hour once hired permanently)
Hours: Full time, M-F, 8am-5pm
Location: Loves Park, IL 61111
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Description:
- Troubleshoots, images, wipes, configures, orders, and ships out laptop computers, iPads, and mobile phones (iOS and Android).
- Computer hardware, software and mobile phone troubleshooting.
- Orders and replaces computer parts as needed.
- Follows and/or documents troubleshooting processes.
- Maintains, upgrades, replaces, identifies, and analyzes defective hardware or software.
Skills:
- Great Customer Service
- Desktop Support (Win10, Active Directory and Office 365)
- 3+ years of Enterprise Desktop Support
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Must be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
- Works well independently as well as within a team.
- Represents a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates
