Job Title: Sleep Apnea Coach - Patient Management Center
Location: 100% REMOTE

Join a passionate team committed to improving lives through better sleep. As a Sleep Apnea Coach, you'll play a critical role in guiding patients through their sleep therapy journey. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding communication, education, and motivation to help patients achieve improved compliance and long-term health outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert coaching and compassionate support to sleep apnea patients throughout their treatment.
Educate patients about their therapy equipment, usage, and benefits to encourage adherence and engagement.
Communicate with patients across various platforms (phone, email, video, etc.) to ensure consistent, high-quality interaction.
Monitor patient progress using cloud-based systems and offer tailored solutions to address challenges.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and collaborating with the team.
Represent our brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills, and written/oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working remotely
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities
