Title: Sr. Project Manager - Facilities Engineering
Location: Moon Twp., Pittsburgh, PA


The Senior Manager - Facilities Project Engineering is tasked with overall direction of capital improvement projects managed by the corporate Facilities Engineering Department. These include plant expansions and construction of new facilities. The Senior Manager - Facilities Project Engineering will develop and direct the activities of a team of Project Engineers and Project Managers in the completion of multiple projects having an overall dollar value of approximately
$50million. The Senior Manager - Facilities Project Engineering will oversee all aspects of project engineering, including scope definition and justification, cost estimation, design, construction, and start-up. Project responsibilities includes planning and control of scope, schedule, budget and quality. Additionally, this individual ensures all projects satisfy financial reporting requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
• Assemble/generate annual capital spending plan
• Track capital spending progress
• Assign projects, assemble teams to complete selected projects
• Develop execution plan drawing on mix of internal and external resources
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, equipment specifications and drawings for best practice
• Coordinate intern stakeholders to design for best practice
• Establish and maintain stakeholders to design for best practice
• Ensure work is comprefe to applic environmental and government requirements
• Communicate effectively with Manufacturing, Leadership, and Procurement teams to meet project goals
• Develop and lead team of Project Engineers and Project Manages to implement capital plan
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Work safely, fully participate in and support all corporate programs related to safety
• Define procedures, policies and standards for group
• Ensure team tracks all project costs utilizing SAP Project Systems
• Provide periodic status reports, cost reports and financial projections regarding overall capital planning
• Ensure a fair procurement process
• Monitor and evaluate supplier's performance, seek and qualify new partners

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent from four-year college or university is required
• PMP Certification is required
• 10+ years in a heavy industry manufacturing environment is required
• 10+ years as a Project Manager is required
• 10+ years executing engineering and construction contracts is required
• 2+ years managing direct reports
• 20+ years managing major capital improvement projects is preferred
