Service Consultant

Pay Rate: $25.00/HR W2

Hours:  32-40 hours/week

Location:  Kalamazoo, MI service area  

Duration: 3+ months

Position Summary:

The Service Consultant is a caring, customer service-oriented individual with a demonstrable passion for helping people. This is an in-the-field position that brings the privilege and opportunity to individually install and train our customers in using the equipment and service in order to effectively enrich their lives. As a Service Consultant you must enjoy working with a variety of people, mostly senior citizens, in their homes. This is a full-time position for those who enjoy and excel when working independently.

What you will do:

• Install a Phone system and/or other products. Connect the new phone equipment to the customers’ existing services. You will be provided full training.
• In Home Healthcare or Residential Service Experience a plus.
