IT Field Service Technician
Location: Dallas, TX (service area)
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR W2 (increase to $21/hour upon hire)
Hours: Full time, M-F, 10am-7pm, On-call rotation
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Description:
- Field dispatch cases at customer sites, including repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other various equipment. Covering service area that spans from Dallas to northern suburbs
- Projects and cases installing, refreshing, replacing, and removing equipment.
- Working with end-users to resolve issues.
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Providing updates to management as needed.

Skills:
- Must live within 15 miles of 75219 zip code
- At least 2 years of Field Service experience
- A+ Certification is preferred
- Desktop, Laptop, Printer, POS break fix preferred
- Must be able to follow written instructions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Hardware break-fix experience
- Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Installing
- Hardware IMAC
- Reliable Transportation required (This is a driving position)
