Job Title: Contract IT Infrastructure Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Analyst for a contract position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to support system upgrades and enhancements.
- Document infrastructure processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with security practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSE) are a plus.
- Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
