Description: Set up, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards for events and functions such as City Council Meetings, Meeting Rooms, presentations. Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of AV hardware problems for a variety of end users and recommend and implement corrective solutions. Diagnose and correct multi-media system issues. Monitor sound feeds to ensure quality. Ensure equipment is installed according to designated layout. Test and resolve equipment issues. Support C-Suite Management Service Now Ticketing process. Support Smartphone and IOS / iPads for outlook setup. Support assistance for AV, video recording and video conferencing services. Support assistance for multicast webcasting/content streaming on internal and external networks. Advanced desktop level support for AV and collaboration related applications Maintain and track inventory of all AV and video services equipment.
