Desktop Support Technician
Location: Geneva, NY
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR W2
Hours: Full time, M-F, 8am-5pm
Duration: Open-ended contract, likely to turn permanent
Description:
- Work on the incidents assigned by Service Desk which would include support for non-standard workstations, LAN, servers, scan guns, printers, or other IT related hardware and/or software
- Oversight of the equipment disposal process
- Provide support for small IT projects
Qualifications:
- 4+ years end user technical support experience.
- Working knowledge and experience in Local Area and Wide Area Network services in a midsize or large company.
- Project and resource management skills and experience managing multiple locations including remote locations.
