Experience: 2-5 or more years of experience in customer service. Education: High-school/Associates or equivalent experience. Description:
- Directs telephone contacts or written inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Answers non-technical questions regarding company products.
- Maintains log of incoming "hotline" contacts.
- Performs a number of different dissimilar Contact Center tasks, according to prescribed working instructions.
- Seeks, in case of deviations, alternative solutions from a limited number of options.
- May set/adjust the working instructions on basis of observations.
- Identifies and remedies shortcomings based on experience (reporting).
