Job Description
Desktop Support Technician (Contract-to-Hire) Pay Rate: $22.00/HR W2 Hours: Part-Time, Tues-Thurs, 8am-5pm Location: 5880 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN 37211Description:
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Creating and resolving Desktop issues for employees Onsite and Remote.
- Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items
- Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications
- Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and video conference)
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided Service Now tool.
Skills:
- Great Customer Service
- Desktop Support (Win10, Active Directory and Office 365)
- 3+ years of Enterprise Desktop Support
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred
