Job Responsibilities:

• High Speed Roll-feed and cut-sheet printing
• High-speed Mail Inserter
• SendPro Meter
• US Mail and Vendor Package Shipping
• Mail Sort Preparation, Quality Control
• Other peripheral duties associated with a Print to Mail facility
• Incumbent, on assigned equipment or processes will follow learned training techniques to meet strict guidelines in Quality, Accuracy and Timeliness to ensure multiple daily product deliveries are met
• Incumbent will consistently address and escalate issues which impact Quality, Accuracy and Timeliness with senior staff or the Team Manager

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Computer literate
• Proficient using MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• 0-1 years of print to mail experience or production manufacturing, including inventory control, large equipment maintenance, retail warehousing, customer service-oriented jobs
• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Previous mail room experience preferred
