Job Description

Desktop Support Technician

Pay Rate: $23.00/HR W2

Hours:  Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: 300 W 57th St, New York, NY 11374

Duration: Open-ended contract    

Job Summary:

Desktop / Laptop - Setup laptops for new hires, assist with user moves. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Desktop support
  • PC/Mac imaging, deployment and troubleshooting
  • IT administration
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Service Now and Intune
  • VIP user support
  • New hires, loaners and termination management
  • Ticketing system management including incidents, request and moves
  • Monitor and equipment deployment
  • Setup including printers
  • Inventory assistance

 

Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with desktop/laptop
  • Hardware break/fix
  • PC installs
  • Data migration
  • Imaging
