Role: Construction Supervisor 
Location: McArthur, SK - flights from Saskatoon, SK only
Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off - 11-hours per day
Contract Duration: ASAP - December 31st 2027
Max INC Rate: $110/

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee construction activities at the McArthur River Mine. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with extensive construction supervision experience and a strong background in civil, concrete, structural, and building projects. The successful candidate will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with project stakeholders and contractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Construction Supervision role.
• Journeyman/Red Seal Carpenter certification or a Technical Diploma in a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience supervising civil, concrete, structural, and building construction projects.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
• Experience working in an EPCM environment or on the Owner's side is considered a strong asset
