The Opportunity
The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR professional who can help scope, build, and develop the People Strategy for the organization in either a part-time or full-time capacity.
As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will report directly to and work alongside the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
- Help scope, build, and develop the People Strategy for the organization.
- Lead the implementation of the People Strategy, including applicable processes, systems, policies, and regulatory requirements that align with business goals and growth plans.
- Support the organization in attracting and onboarding key talent.
- Contribute to building a people-driven business that supports sustained organizational performance.
- Bring a genuine passion for people and organizational performance across all areas of the business.
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team and trusted partner to the Managing Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HRBP leadership experience.
- Proven experience developing and implementing HRBP strategies, programs, and initiatives that achieve business objectives.
- Balanced perspective in navigating business objectives while serving as a trusted advocate and advisor.
- Ability to provide practical and realistic solutions through a hands-on approach.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Confident self-starter with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Collaborative and approachable professional who embraces a positive and team-oriented approach to getting the job done.
