Située dans une toute nouvelle usine à Candiac, Québec, notre entreprise se spécialise dans la fabrication de baignoires et d’éviers en composite haut de gamme. Dans un contexte de croissance, nous cherchons des peintres industriels spécialisés en gel coat pour se joindre à l’équipe.

Ce poste offre un horaire de jour stable de 40 heures par semaine, dans un environnement de production moderne et structuré.

Poste : Gelcoater / Peintre industriel

Responsabilités principales

• Appliquer le gel coat à l’aide d’un système de pompe sur des pièces en composite.

• Assurer une application uniforme et conforme aux standards de qualité.

• Préparer les surfaces et effectuer les ajustements nécessaires.

• Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire.

• Collaborer avec l’équipe de production pour respecter les objectifs de fabrication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en peinture gel coat (système de pompe).

• Bonne condition physique.

• Personne méticuleuse, débrouillarde et autonome.

• Attitude professionnelle et sens des responsabilités.

Position: Gel coater / Industrial Painter

Key Responsibilities

• Apply gel coat using a pump system on composite products.

• Ensure consistent application and adherence to quality standards.

• Prepare surfaces and adjust equipment as required.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet manufacturing targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience applying gel coat (pump system).

• Good physical condition.
