Head of Business Process & Data Transformation

Mirabel, QC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a strategic transformation executive to drive enterprise-wide process and data evolution – and help pioneer the transition toward Agentic AI.

You’ll be joining a high-impact program environment where you will architect end-to-end business performance, establish a Unified Referential framework, and co-lead the implementation of advanced AI-driven capabilities across core operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional business process transformation
• Define and institutionalize a ONE Referential strategy and enterprise data governance model
• Establish data standards, quality frameworks, and catalog capabilities
• Strengthen digital Business Continuity Planning and systemic resilience
• Identify and scale high-value Agentic AI use cases (PoV to deployment)
• Design and govern multi-agent orchestration models across functions

What You Bring

• 10+ years leading strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives in complex global environments (manufacturing/aerospace preferred)
• Strong executive presence with proven stakeholder influence
• Deep experience in business process re-engineering and data governance
• Practical understanding of Agentic & Generative AI applications in business optimization
• Ability to translate strategy into structured, scalable execution
• Expertise in Agile (SAFe), Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
