Position Summary:

• The Application Developer will be responsible and accountable for developing and implementing training and other educational information for continuous learning programs within the Engineering Organization.
• They will be directly responsible for developing training content, implementing and obtaining feedback on training, and continual improvement to drive training effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop effective training content for integration within our Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Provide project leadership by establishing and following effective project practices, meeting schedule expectations and communicating status effectively.
• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical content into clear, learner-focused training.
• Develop eLearning and blended training solutions using instructional design best practices.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, utilizing data and feedback to drive continual improvement.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Technical Learning Senior Program Leader.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Instructional Design and Technology or a related field with at least 2 years of related experience.
• OR High school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of related experience

• Experience in training development using relevant programs (such as Articulate 360).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
