Position Summary:
- The Application Developer will be responsible and accountable for developing and implementing training and other educational information for continuous learning programs within the Engineering Organization.
- They will be directly responsible for developing training content, implementing and obtaining feedback on training, and continual improvement to drive training effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective training content for integration within our Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Provide project leadership by establishing and following effective project practices, meeting schedule expectations and communicating status effectively.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical content into clear, learner-focused training.
- Develop eLearning and blended training solutions using instructional design best practices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, utilizing data and feedback to drive continual improvement.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Technical Learning Senior Program Leader.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Instructional Design and Technology or a related field with at least 2 years of related experience.
- OR High school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of related experience

- Experience in training development using relevant programs (such as Articulate 360).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
