Job Description

Role: Administrator, Information Management (TS)
Contract Duration: 5 months
Duration: M-F 40hrs per week
Work location: Saskatoon, SK - 2-3 days in office per week

Role Description / Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering project document control in accordance with Cameco’s procedures ensuring compliance with Cameco’s processes for controlled and not controlled documents
  • Responsible for project filing, archiving, retention and handover preparation, electronic document flow and distribution within project teams (supply chain management, engineering and vendors)
  • Ensure effective and efficient management of project and functional department documents to a high degree of reliability for security, version, visibility and availability while maintaining a controlled reliable audit trail
  • Support and enable adoption of new processes and digital tools

Skills / Previous Experience

  • Self starter, able to learn and apply new concepts, software and use of tools quickly and independently
  • Solid interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to prioritize work is critical
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with electronic file sharing networks or web-based document management systems
  • Previous experience in construction, engineering or project management work environments
