Job Overview
- Attend daily, weekly, or as-needed team meetings to create action logs and track progress against schedule
 - Assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
 - Keep an updated risk register and create plans to address potential risks.
 - Monitor and adjust risk mitigation efforts as needed.
 - Report project status regularly to leads and integrated team leads using the standard template.
 - Provide updates to senior leadership on project progress and any issues.
 
Qualifications
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Business Development, or a related field. Skills:
 - Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions. Project Management: Ability to track progress, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
 - Risk Management: Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
 - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present key information clearly and concisely to executive leadership.
 - Organization: Strong organizational skills to maintain action logs, risk registers, and schedules. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and find solutions to keep projects on track.
 - Attention to Detail: Ability to create accurate reports and track project milestones.
 - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and standard office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
 
Experience:
- Project Coordination: At least 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably within commercial development, engineering, finance, or business development.
 - Reporting: Experience preparing status reports for leadership or senior management.
 - Cross-functional Teamwork: Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Stakeholder Interaction: Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
