About the Role

An established aerospace supply chain solutions provider specializing in fasteners, consumables, and vendor-managed inventory (VMI) solutions is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and expand its Canadian operations.

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a strategic sales expert with deep industry relationships, revenue growth expertise, and aerospace supply chain knowledge. The objective is to expand the site’s sales revenue, driving growth through new business development and proactive leadership of a highly skilled sales team.


�� Role Overview

As the VP of Sales, you will:
Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to increase revenue and expand market presence.
Leverage industry relationships to drive new business and expand key accounts.
Provide strategic leadership to a results-driven sales team, fostering proactive customer engagement.
Strengthen partnerships with aerospace OEMs, MROs, and Tier 1/2 suppliers.
Implement high-performance sales strategies to maximize revenue potential.
Lead and scale the business with a long-term growth mindset.


�� Ideal Candidate Profile

�� Aerospace Sales & Market Expertise

Extensive experience in aerospace sales, including direct sales in aerospace supply chains, fasteners, consumables, or MRO solutions.
Well-established industry relationships with procurement leaders at aerospace OEMs, MROs, and suppliers.
Deep understanding of aerospace logistics, including VMI and JIT supply models.

�� Sales Leadership & Performance Growth

Proven ability to drive sales success and create a high-performance culture within a sales team.
Strong ability to develop and measure KPIs that align with strategic business goals.

�� Business Growth & Market Expansion

Track record of successfully scaling sales operations (ideally from $10M+ revenue).
Expertise in business development, including customer acquisition and market expansion.
