Job Description
Civil/Structural Design EngineersLocation: Bruce Power Kincardine - B72. Remote work may be allowed.
Duration: 1 Year (Can be extended)
Vacancies: 2
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge in CSA A23.3, CSA S16, and CSA W59.
- Working knowledge in seismic analysis.
- CSA N285.0, N287 series, N289 series and N291 working knowledge.
- Previous experience in Design and Analysis of structures and components (existing and new)
- Previous experience with preparation of technical documents (Engineering Evaluations, Task Definition Specifications, Technical Specifications, Design Plans, etc.)
- Technical reviews of vendor design packages (including the calculations and drawings)
- Working knowledge in welding and NDE.
- Working knowledge in the following software (STAAD, AutoCAD, Mathcad).
- Familiarization with Bruce Power ECC process and Maximo usage will be an asset.
