Role Description / Key Responsibilities

-​​The incumbent will perform SAP master data validation, clean up, and enrichment work.
​-Validation includes validating with assets on P&IDs; clean up includes identifying incorrect information and replacing with correct information; and enrichment includes gathering and inputting missing data in SAP.
-​The scope covers assets (Functional Locations and Equipment Objects), spare parts (Material Masters and Bills of Materials and Material Masters), and PMs (Task Lists, Maintenance Items, and Maintenance Plans).
-This role will be required to travel to Blind River Refinery site on as needed basis, for data gathering, field walkdown, etc.

Skills/Experience

-Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Technology
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
-Attention to detail, understanding of electro-mechanical systems, proficiency with data manipulation
-Advanced knowledge of SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance), Microsoft Excel
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
-Minimum of five to eight years of relevant work experience with industrial equipment of the nature for which master data must be created and maintain, either as trades person, technician, planner, or designer.

Assets:

-Experience with SAP LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) and SAP ----DMS (Document Management System)
-Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
