Role: Project Coordinator
Duration: 6 months
Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week Monday - Friday
Work Location: Port Hope, ON - on site
Role Description / Key Responsibilities
Cameco is seeking a project coordinator, who will be responsible for managing smaller site support projects. Responsibilities include; gathering information from various stakeholders to determine scope, quality, schedule, budget, working with supply chain and vendors to determine budget pricing, building project plans, schedules, and budgets, preparation of funding requests, preparation of scopes of work, coordination with engineering teams, coordination with vendors, coordination with construction and commissioning teams, monitoring and reporting project status and progress, managing project financials, managing project team performances, managing project safety and risk, and other duties as assigned.
Skills/Experience
Intermediate (4-9 years of experience)
Experience in project planning and execution
Industrial or Maintenance project experience
Both technical(engineer/technologist) and trades backgrounds will be considered
Proficient in MS Office Suite including MS project
SAP experience an asset
PMP designation an asset
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
