About the Role

Domino's is seeking three Senior React Developers to join the team supporting Pulse 4.0, the company's next-generation point-of-sale platform currently being deployed across the United States. This is a hands-on development role focused on building and enhancing store-facing applications used by franchisees and in-store team members.

The ideal candidate is a senior front-end engineer who can independently take ownership of features, translate UI designs into production-ready applications, and integrate front-end solutions with backend APIs. This is not a visual design role; designers provide the user experience and interface designs, while developers are responsible for implementation and delivery.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain modern front-end applications using React 18
• Translate approved UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality user interfaces
• Build reusable components and scalable front-end architecture
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful backend services and APIs
• Own assigned features from development through delivery
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance
• Contribute to front-end best practices, coding standards, and technical decisions
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, designers, and engineering teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical reviews
• Support state-compliance initiatives as Pulse 4.0 expands into additional U.S. markets

What You'll Need (Required)

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience
• Strong expertise with React (required)
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience building complex single-page applications (SPAs)
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
• Ability to independently make sound implementation decisions
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating within Agile software development teams
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Nice to Have (Preferred)

• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications
• Experience supporting retail, POS, commerce, or customer-facing platforms
• Familiarity with front-end architecture and application design patterns
• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to engineering best practices
• Experience working with distributed or nearshore engineering teams
