You’ll Be:

• Recruiting, training and managing department managers
• Monitoring and managing day-to-day dealership activities
• Analyzing dealership financial data and KPIs to ensure profitability
• Ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Establishing and executing a sales strategy to meet sales targets
• Ensuring compliance throughout the dealership

You Have:

• Experience as General Manager
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• In-depth knowledge of dealership operations (sales, finance, service, parts, etc.)
• History of providing excellent customer service

You’ll Receive:

• $250,000-$450,000 Per Year
