You’ll Be:

• Managing daily operations of the body shop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Attracting, developing and retaining the very best talent for the store
• Creating an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty
• Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations

You Have:

• 3+ years of Body shop/collision management experience
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills

You’ll Receive:

• $120,000-$140,000 Per Year
