Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst who is passionate about software quality, continuous improvement, and delivering reliable enterprise solutions. This opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in the ongoing modernization and enhancement of a critical ServiceNow platform while partnering closely with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)
3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remote

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data for enterprise applications and platform enhancements.
• Support testing activities across functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and automation testing efforts.
• Validate ServiceNow enhancements, bug fixes, configurations, workflows, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and assist with troubleshooting complex application and platform issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.
• Support the modernization and enhancement of a mature ServiceNow environment by helping address a significant backlog of enhancements and support initiatives.
• Contribute to test automation efforts and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance platform quality and delivery efficiency.
• Validate integrations, workflows, forms, notifications, and business processes within ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.
• Provide regular status updates, testing metrics, and quality recommendations to project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, Software Development, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience testing enterprise applications or third-party platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
• Experience identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and tracking defects.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with developers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms, workflows, integrations, and business process automation solutions.

The base range for this contract position is $50.00 - $70.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires across all U.S. locations. Individual compensation is determined by experience, skills, location, and other job-related factors.
