Responsibilities

• Design and develop polished, executive-level PowerPoint presentations for leadership, sales, marketing, and field-facing audiences.
• Translate complex concepts, business strategies, and data into compelling visual narratives, infographics, and data visualizations.
• Consult with stakeholders to understand objectives and recommend effective presentation approaches and storytelling strategies.
• Create visually engaging presentation materials that clearly communicate key messages and drive audience understanding.
• Maintain brand consistency, visual quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with business partners, marketing teams, and creative stakeholders to ensure presentation content aligns with strategic objectives.
• Support additional creative initiatives as needed, including web, digital, print, and social media design projects.
• Contribute creative ideas and recommendations that enhance communication effectiveness and visual impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong emphasis on presentation design.
• Advanced PowerPoint expertise, including executive presentations, visual storytelling, and slide development.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, information hierarchy, and brand application.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify and visually communicate complex information.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design and visual communication work.
• Experience designing executive-level presentations and business communications.
• Experience creating infographics, charts, diagrams, and data visualizations.

The pay range for this contract position is $58.00 - $74.00. per hour, depending on experience. Individual compensation is determined by experience, portfolio quality, skills, location, and other job-related factors.
